Royce studied law at Birkbeck, University of London where she graduated with Upper Second Class Honours in 2014. She went on to complete a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice graduating top of her class, with a Distinction from City University London. She then proceeded to complete her LPC at the University of Law where she graduated with a High Distinction in 2021.
She began her legal career in the UK at Galbraith Branley as a paralegal in August 2021 before qualifying as a solicitor in August 2023.
Royce is also a qualified lawyer in Turkey and a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
She is an important member of the Crime Department and provides legal advice in English, Turkish, French and Hebrew. She has extensive experience representing clients at the police station and has conduct of a wide array of complex cases in the Crown Court. Since qualifying as a solicitor, she regularly represents clients as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court.
